SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

                                        SENATE BILL 151

Amendment sponsored by Senator Carrie Hamblen

    1. On page 27, line 1, strike "and" and on line 4, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    2. On page 27, between lines 4 and 5, insert:

             "(4) the buyer of the construction materials and labor delivers a nontaxable transaction certificate to the seller or provides alternative evidence pursuant to Section 7-9-43 NMSA

1978.".

    3. On page 31, between lines 24 and 25, insert:

                  "(d) a lactation care provider licensed pursuant to the Lactation Care Provider Act;".

    4. Reletter the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly.

    5. On page 33, line 13, strike "and" and on line 16, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    6. On page 33, between lines 16 and 17, insert:

                  "(t) a naprapath licensed pursuant to the Naprapathic Practice Act;".
